說明	今天在Ecel 2007 寫一個插入圖片的程式碼才發現在2007版居然不能使用Pictures.Insert的方法來插入放在HTTP 上的圖片，後來到微軟的網站看了一下原來他也知道這個問題(詳 988983)，這好像是微軟自己的問題，還好他有提到「如果要解決這個問題，程式碼 VBA 巨集，以將圖片插入作為圖片填滿如矩形圖形中」，我就用 Fill.UserPicture 的方法來試試，請繼續往下看...
